How far in advance should I reserve my rental?
Game Day Valet is a rental service that provides convenient, stress-free rentals for sporting events. We offer a wide variety of equipment, including tents, chairs, coolers, fans, and more, to enhance the game day experience for sports fans and families. Rentals can be pre-booked online or rented on-site at designated event locations.
How do I rent items from GDV?

Simply visit our website to select the location, items you want to rent, and the dates/times you need them. You’ll be able to pre-book rentals online and receive a unique pin code 15 minutes before your reservation. On the day of the event, head to the GDV mobile lockers at the designated field, use your pin code to unlock your rentals, and enjoy! You can also rent day-of if available.

Where will GDV lockers be located?

Our mobile lockers are placed at central locations at each field or complex where GDV services are available. These lockers are strategically positioned for easy access, making it convenient for fans to pick up and return their rented items.

Can I rent items ahead of time or only day-of?

You can do both! You can pre-book rentals online in advance or rent on-site the day of the event, depending on availability. We recommend pre-booking for guaranteed access to rentals, especially during busy tournament weekends.

What types of items are available for rent through GDV?

GDV offers a wide range of rental items including tents, chairs, wagons, fans, coolers, and weather-related gear like heaters and weather pods. Some items will also be available for purchase, such as blankets, sunglasses, and GDV swag like t-shirts and hoodies.

How long is the rental period for each item?

The rental period begins at the time of pick-up and ends when the items are returned to the mobile lockers. You can select the exact time frame during booking. If you have a specific return time, please make sure to return the items by that time to avoid additional fees.

What if I damage or lose the rented items?

As the renter, you are responsible for the rented items during the rental period. If any damage, loss, or theft occurs, you will be charged for the repair or replacement of the items. Please take care of the rented products to avoid any additional charges.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

GDV offers occasional promotions, discounts, and special offers, which will be available through our social media platforms, email newsletters, or website. Be sure to follow us on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok for the latest updates on deals and offers.

How do I return the rented items?

Once you’ve finished with your rentals, simply return them to the GDV mobile lockers at the designated location. Lock the items back in the locker using the same pin code you received earlier. You’re all set to head home!
